You activate the Procurement Hub in the App Store. Open Apps in the left sidebar, select the Procurement Hub, click Try for free and confirm with Activate. A new Procurement tab then appears and you manage your entire spare parts purchasing centrally inside RepairCMS.
Why the Procurement Hub matters #
Once the Procurement Hub is active, you link your workshop’s material demand directly to purchasing. Technicians flag missing parts in the service report, and the buyer bundles them centrally. No spare part request slips through, and open orders stay visible at all times.
Step by step: Activate the Procurement Hub #
- Open the Apps section from the left sidebar to view available integrations.
- Locate the Procurement Hub card and click it to open its detail page.
- Click the blue Try for free button to start your 14-day free trial. A confirmation dialog opens.
- Click Activate to confirm. The feature unlocks and a new Procurement tab appears in the sidebar.
