Switching to the digital quote flow changes how you handle client approvals.

  • Interactive quote block: Customers see your proposal directly in the email, removing the need for PDF attachments.
  • Optional line items: Offer extra services that customers can select themselves to drive additional revenue.
  • Automatic follow-through: Once a customer accepts the quote, the ticket status updates and the invoice is generated automatically.
Without this feature

  • ❌ Manually calculating and creating invoices after the repair is already approved.
With RepairCMS

  • ✅ Customers accept or decline quotes with one click inside the portal.
  • ✅ System triggers automatic invoice generation and status updates upon approval.

  6. Click the Text Template icon. A list of available snippets appears.

  9. Choose “SERVICE” to add a repair service. This links specific tasks to the job.
  10. Select your service from the list. The service item is added to the quote.
  11. Edit the fee for rejected quotes if needed. This manages diagnostic costs.
  12. Confirm the new fee. Your payment settings for the quote are updated.
