RepairCMS gives your customers a clear way to review estimates and authorize repairs. By approving quotes through the Repair Tracking portal, your customers can move their jobs forward without any back-and-forth communication.
When a customer accepts a quote online, the status updates immediately in your dashboard. This eliminates manual status changes and ensures your team starts the repair only after receiving formal authorization.
