How to Activate the Procurement Hub

The “Procurement Hub” app centralizes your entire spare parts purchasing workflow directly within RepairCMS, perfectly bridging the gap between your workshop and the purchasing department. Before you can start using the centralized purchasing features, you need to activate the module in your workspace.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Activate the Module #

  1. Open the Apps section from the left sidebar to view available integrations.
  2. Locate the Procurement Hub card and click on it to explore its features or begin activation.
  3. Click the blue Try for free button to initiate your 14-day Procurement Hub free trial.
  4. Confirm by clicking Activate in the popup window to officially start your free trial period.

💡 Successfully Activated: Once confirmed, the page will refresh, displaying a green banner stating “App Activated 14-day trial” along with your trial expiration date. You will also see the new Procurement main menu tab appear on the left sidebar.

⚠️ Requirement Info: This app is available starting with the Team Plan. If you are currently on the Starter plan, a plan upgrade is required to unlock these features. You can view the module directly in the App Store.
